Every review below comes from a real homeowner we've served in Lake Oswego and the surrounding Portland suburbs. We let the work — and our clients — speak for us.
"Exceptional attention to detail, professional equipment and our surfaces are beautifully clean without the usual mud and mess! Our planters and patio furniture were well protected, moved carefully off surfaces for cleaning and then placed back exactly where they were. The attention to detail is unmatched — our patios, walkways and driveway were treated as though they were their very own."

"These guys are professional and their attention to detail is far greater than any other pressure washing company I have encountered. As a real estate agent, the Tend team is now my go-to partner for all things pressure washing and general home maintenance!"
"Tend NW was professional, meticulous, and paid attention to every detail. Our property looks fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I recommend them without hesitation and will gladly refer them to friends and family."
"What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work — it was the care they took to protect our property throughout the job. Nothing was damaged, and you could tell they genuinely paid attention to the details."
"Absolutely the most thorough and detail-oriented pressure wash and clean I've ever experienced (including when I did it myself!). First class service — and worth every penny."
"I had Tend come out and clean my driveway and I have nothing but good things to say about their work. Professional, efficient, detail oriented and very personable. Would highly recommend!"
"We are so pleased with the results of the pressure washing of our driveway and entryway. Our entryway is lined with flower beds. When we hired other people in the past, we found splattered mud on our house siding — but they did such a thorough job without disturbing the flower gardens at all. We would highly recommend them!"
